Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Inner-Action with Monica Potter, we’re committed to offering a thoughtful and personalized experience. 

 

Because we reserve dedicated time and space for each session. Please ensure that any cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for missed or unused sessions.

 

Please note that we are currently accepting a limited number of clients to ensure each individual receives the attention and care they deserve.

 

Space is extremely limited and sessions may book quickly.
