Booking Policy

Scheduling: - All sessions are scheduled through our online booking system. - Sessions are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays between 11am and 6pm (PST). - Additional availability may be added based on interest—so check back regularly! Rescheduling & Cancellations: - Life happens—we get it! You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. - Cancellations within 24 hours are considered late and non-refundable, unless it’s an emergency (just email us—we’re human). Communication: - You’ll receive a confirmation email when you book and a reminder 24 hours before your session. - If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us directly. Confidentiality: - These conversations are a safe, private space—always. - Sessions may not be recorded, shared, or used publicly under any circumstances. Respect & Ground Rules: - Let’s keep things real, kind, and respectful. - No sexual content, explicit language, or inappropriate requests—this is not that kind of space. - Monica reserves the right to end any session immediately if these boundaries are crossed. No refunds will be issued in these cases. Payment: - Full payment is required at the time of booking. - We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Accessibility: - We believe in making meaningful conversations available to those who need them. If finances are a barrier, reach out—we’re working on ways to open access through community-supported options.
